What is online personal training?
My online personal training course is the most convenient and cost-effective way to transform your fitness. Available in English, Spanish and French, my program is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts.
So how does it work? All you need is a laptop, tablet or even just a smartphone and a little bit of space. I’ll share my online training resources with you and guide you through a range of different exercises. You can do these on your own schedule at home, in the park or wherever you’re comfortable. It’s a great value way to get 1-to-1 training from a qualified personal trainer. I’m always available if you have questions and will schedule regular video calls to help keep you accountable and make sure you continue to progress. What’s more, I’m also a qualified nutrition coach and will share my knowledge with you to help maximise the results of your training.
How does online PT work?
Online consultation
We’ll begin with a free online consultation to learn about your exercise history, any injuries or issues you may have and your general exercise preferences.
Identifying goals and challenges
Thinking about your physical strengths and the areas you would most like to improve, I’ll create a list of your fitness goals and challenges.
Creating a personalised coaching plan
I’ll create a unique fitness plan to guide you towards your goals. This will include exercises you can do at home or in the park and regular check ins with me to ensure you stay on track. I’ll also suggest some healthy meal options or adjustments to your diet to maximise the results of your effort.
Virtual coaching
I’ll use regular video meetings to support you in your journey. I’ll also be available to text or email whenever you have questions or just need some friendly words of encouragement.
Progress monitoring
As your fitness improves I’ll make sure that we adapt your fitness and nutrition plan to keep things interesting and avoid boredom. In turn, this will make it easier to stick to your plan and hold onto the progress you make.

What is a nutrition coach?
Proper nutrition is the foundation of any fitness program, but with so much information online about what’s good and bad for you it can be impossible to know where to start. That’s where my experience as a nutrition coach comes in. I’m here to cut through the jargon and give you simple and practical nutrition advice. As your online personal training progresses and your fitness grows, I’ll work with you to make sure you’re taking in the nutrients you need to maintain your progress and keep feeling energised.
