My goal is to build personal training programs that my clients love doing and that they can engage with from wherever they’re most comfortable working out. This could be in your home, your local park, or wherever you prefer. As a fully mobile personal trainer in Barcelona, I’m happy to come to you and train on your schedule. I also offer small-group personal training.

Bodyweight and TRX training
A great way to build functional strength, tone your muscles and work your core. There are hundreds of different TRX exercises to hit every body part.
Online log of all your workouts
I keep a shareable online document detailing every workout and keeping track of your fitness tests and measurements. A great way to track progress
Boxercise, HIIT and Tabata
High-energy workouts to make you sweat, challenge yourself transform your fitness, strength and endurance.
Postural improvement
I am trained to identify and improve postural issues such as lower back pain and rounded shoulders.
Personal training prices
Train with me from €40 per session
1 x 60min session = €60
5 x 60min sessions = €275 €55 or per session
10 x 60min sessions = €500 or €50 per session
1 x 45min session = €50
5 X 45min session €225 or €45 per session
10 X 45min session pack €400 or €40 per session
Please note 45 minute sessions are generally for more advanced clients who can handle more intense workouts.
