He participado en una variedad de deportes incluyendo triatlones Ironman, maratones, windsurf, artes marciales y boxeo, así como entrenamiento con peso corporal, TRX y de fuerza. Me destaco entrenando personas al aire libre, de forma remota y en sus propios espacios, lo que hace que mis programas sean ideales para quienes prefieren entrenar fuera de un gimnasio.
