He participat en una varietat d’esports incloent triatlons Ironman, maratons, windsurf, arts marcials i boxa, així com entrenament de força, TRX i amb el pes del cos. Destaco entrenant persones a l’aire lliure, de forma remota i a casa, cosa que fa que els meus programes siguin perfectes per a aquells que prefereixen entrenar fora del gimnàs.
